Key Point
The WeCare4Animals badge is a supporter badge only. It shows your brand supports animal welfare causes. It is NOT a certification, verification, or endorsement of your products or practices.
1. What the Badge Is
The WeCare4Animals badge indicates that your brand has paid an annual subscription to support animal welfare initiatives. A portion of your subscription is donated to World Animal Protection.
2. What the Badge Is NOT
The badge does NOT indicate:
- That your products are "cruelty-free" or "certified"
- That your practices have been audited or verified
- That WeCare4Animals endorses your brand or products
- Any claim about your supply chain or ingredients
3. Usage Rights
Your subscription grants you the right to:
- Use the badge on your website and social media
- Include the badge on product packaging
- Use the badge in marketing materials
- Display the badge in email signatures
Usage rights are valid only during your active subscription. If your subscription ends, you must stop using the badge immediately.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the badge to:
- Claim your products are certified or verified
- Imply your practices have been audited
- Suggest endorsement by WeCare4Animals
- Modify the badge design in any way
- Continue using after your subscription ends
5. Subscription & Pricing
Subscriptions are billed annually at €29.00. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and you can continue using the badge until the end of your current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
- Within 30 days: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 30 days: Prorated refund for remaining months
Upon refund, you must immediately stop using the badge.
7. Donations
A portion of subscription revenue is donated quarterly to World Animal Protection. Donation receipts are published on our Impact page for transparency.
8. Limitation of Liability
WeCare4Animals provides the badge "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for how subscribers use the badge or any claims they make about their products.
